Physical Access
The Room Downstairs, as its name suggests, requires the use of a short (half-flight) of stairs to access the room and its associated private bathroom. The front door similarly requires the use of stairs to reach it from the street. If you have any problems negotiating stairs please let us know and we may be able to arrange an alternative access path which requires no stairs.

Additional Occupancy
The Room Downstairs can easily accommodate an additional guest if you are traveling on business with your spouse or companion. We welcome couples traveling together and particularly enjoy it when we have more than one guest staying with us. There is an additional charge of $15 per night.

Lost and Found
If you should happen to leave something behind after your stay concludes, then we will be happy to arrange its return to you via FedEx, UPS or USPS as appropriate after we have contacted you by email and received your instructions. Shipping charges will be billed to your credit card or your item may be shipped COD.
