The room features its own private wired, and wireless, internet access to allow you to connect to the web from your laptop. The in-room computer with a high-speed DSL line offering internet access is available for no extra charge in case you need to access some corporate email servers or web sites, or just want to do some web browsing. There is a patio outside in the back garden for sitting and relaxing on, and a local park (with free! tennis and basketball courts) is but 100 yards away for strolling in. The establishment's 'stress therapist' is available all the time should you want the company of our lady Golden Retriever, who is very quiet, very clean, well trained, very mellow and just adores people.

In the evenings from 6:30-7:30 p.m. we serve mostly California wine (Chardonnays, and a Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot, but also perhaps an Australian Shiraz, or French Burgundy) and a wide variety of hors d'oeuvre. We nearly always join our guests for that time, partly to get to know you better (and vice versa), and partly to answer any questions you might have ranging from "Where can I eat well, but casually ?" (answer: we know the area well and can personally recommend and rate most local restaurants) to "Where can I get dry-cleaning done quickly and expertly?" (answer: 2 minutes away is an excellent local Korean owned-and-run Dry Cleaners), to "Just how close is the nearest 21 screen movie local movie theaters?" (answer: one is 5 minutes drive up in the local Foothill Ranch and the other is 10 minutes drive to the extensive Irvine Spectrum shopping and entertainment complex which has an IMAX screen too!). A satisfying breakfast is normally served from 7-9 a.m., but this time can usually be altered by arrangement.

For your comfort and safety we have air conditioning, (which we rarely need to use since we enjoy a Mediterranean climate zone which has relatively warm, dry summers and mild winters) and ubiquitous fire extinguishers and smoke detectors.
