The Room Downstairs is conveniently situated in Lake
Forest,Orange County, Southern California. It is
close to most major business areas and executive parks in the massive
hi-tech Irvine Spectrum (part of the Irvine Ranch) in
the Foothill Ranch, Mission
Viejo, Laguna Hills, Laguna Woods, Rancho Santa Margarita and all four Lake Forest business parks
(Pacific Commercenter, Dimension Business Park, Baker Ranch and Foothill Ranch
Business Park), and can be used as a base for businesses in Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Dana Point, Anaheim and San Juan Capistrano. It is
minutes from all the major freeways: I5, I405, SR55, SR73, SR133, SR241, SR261 etc. The 241 Toll
road offers easy traffic-free access to SR91 and the (somewhat hot and smoggy)
Inland Empire.
John Wayne/JWA (Santa
Ana/SNA) airport is eleven miles away straight up the I405 freeway. For
those of you who just love Amtrak, the Irvine
Transportation center/Amtrak station is 7 minutes drive away. Trains to San
Diego and Los Angeles stop here.

Kinko's 1 mile away, and a
major US Post Office and a Mail Boxes Etc. offering FedEX and UPS are all within a
couple of minutes. An excellent local florists, and a highly recommended dry
cleaners, shoe repair, tailor and tux
rental (because the gentlemen among you never know when you might want to
look your very best) are very close indeed. To keep you fit we have a 24Hour Fitness club 2 miles away. Assistance with
Powerpoint presentations and color printing of small quantities of handouts can
also be arranged. It may also be possible to print you some extra business cards
if you need them.**
